They’re young, fun, and approachable and we love that about them. You’ll never catch them using overly complex language when engaging with their clients, they have a total jargon-free approach which makes them particularly unique to their competitors and breaks the stereotype of a typical, stuffy accountancy firm.

We began working with Premier Tax Solutions in 2020 when they signed up for our social media marketing retainer. We support this service with regular photography and video content shoots around the office, on location with clients or headshots when a new employee joins the team.

The Brief

Premier Tax Solutions wanted us to create a consistent brand presence on their social feeds and for it to be the go-to place for business updates, helpful tips, HMRC updates, tax deadlines and more. We also throw in a couple of humorous posts to truly show the personalities of the team and their fun and approachable side. This is so important for businesses who want to break away from a corporate stereotype and create a community online.

They also use us for ad-hoc accountancy photo shoots whenever their content needs a refresh. Changes happen at a fast pace within their business and it’s super important to make sure the imagery they’re putting out is up to date and reflective of that. The photo shoots will include general office photography, client photography on location for case studies and social media, employee headshots and team photos.

The Process

The process of working with Premier Tax Solutions can only be described as the ultimate dream. They’re quick to communicate, efficient and amazing to work with. Each month we’ll jump on a call to discuss their goals and the messages they want to put out on social media.

We’ll discuss the types of posts we’re going to create, whether this is an HMRC update or an upcoming tax deadline, an introduction to a new employee or a helpful tips and tricks posts to help businesses navigate their day-to-day accounting more efficiently. We’ll then create a month’s worth of content for their approval. Once we have the sign-off, we’ll schedule the content and hey presto, that’s it for another month. The community management is then left to the team at Premier Tax Solutions as they love to have a good chinwag with their followers and clients.

For the ad-hoc content shoots, we’ll often reach out to the team and let them know that their content is ready for a refresh. Once we have a date in the diary we’ll head over to their office or on location with their clients and capture a large bank of imagery for marketing material, social media and their website. It’s always a great time when we hang out with the Premier Tax Solutions team, it’s the best way to capture their true personalities on camera.
