The Client

Feel Warm are a windows, doors & conservatories company based in Staffordshire. Their unique selling point as a company is that they transform existing conservatory roofs from timber to insulated tile roofs, giving their clients an all year round living space. Their goal is to become the number one supplier in the West Midlands.

THE BRIEF

Feelwarm originally got in touch with us in 2019 to take some group photos and headshots of their team for their website and socials. They’d seen our work and liked our gritty aesthetic, thinking it would fit in with their branding. Feelwarm wanted to position themselves away from their competitors as a higher end service with a large team and a modern approach.

Very quickly after receiving their photographs, Feelwarm realised that there was huge potential for them to do a full refresh of their website and social images. They got in touch to ask for our advice.

After speaking to the team at Feelwarm and taking a deep dive into their marketing, we discovered what worked best for them and their engagement was when they shared finished projects with their audience as well as imagery of the process highlighting the team and the higher level of service than other conservatory roofing specialists in their local area of Staffordshire.

From here, we engaged them on a content creation retainer to provide creative and engaging content to populate their social media and other marketing platforms.

THE PROCESS

Let’s be honest, most businesses are trying to deal with a million and one things on a daily basis and Feelwarm is no different. That’s why we came up with an easy process so that we could take the headache out of their marketing. When Feelwarm works on a project, they ask the client if they are happy for a photoshoot. Once the client agrees, Feelwarm passes their details on to us and we take it from there! We contact the clients, explain the process, and schedule photoshoots at their houses. Every month, the Feelwarm team is then provided with a suite of images of finished projects to use for their marketing.
