ADM Plumbing Services

Building a Bold Digital Presence

The Client:

ADM Plumbing Services

ADM Plumbing Services, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is a major player in the plumbing and heating sector, working predominantly with large-scale housing contractors. Operating across significant new-build developments, ADM positions itself as the go-to plumbing contractor for developers in need of reliable, professional services with a strong emphasis on health and safety, aftercare, and emerging technologies such as renewables.

The brief

ADM approached us through their web design agency as they were in the process of building a new website and needed fresh, high-quality marketing assets to support it. Initially, they were only looking for a photo shoot. However, after a deeper discussion around their brand goals, we recommended a combination of video production and photography to create a comprehensive library of visual content that could serve not just the website, but ongoing marketing efforts.

The goal was to:

  • Differentiate ADM visually from other plumbing contractors.
  • Communicate their core strengths: professionalism, scale, health and safety standards, renewable expertise, and aftercare services.

Deliver content that felt modern, high quality, and creatively bold — not the usual look and feel typical of the construction services industry.

The process

  1. Pre-Production and Creative Direction

We worked with ADM to define the core messaging pillars that would shape the project:

  • Professionalism & scale
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Forward-thinking in renewables
  • Strong aftercare & client support

With this messaging in mind, we crafted a production schedule and shot list that planned out all of the necessary shots at the variety of locations on the site.

  1. On-Site Production

Shooting content on live housing developments is notoriously difficult due to site access restrictions and tight schedules. Fortunately, ADM’s strong relationship with the housebuilders allowed us to get access after completing a site induction and health and safety briefing.

The production spanned two days across the same site. We deployed a four-person team:

  • Two videographers
  • One photographer
  • One production assistant

The team split up at times to maximise efficiency, working in separate areas to capture as much content as possible. We then reconvened at key moments to ensure we captured core team activities and messaging in critical locations — all within the limited windows we had available.

  1. Capturing the Message

We filmed ADM team members undertaking a variety of plumbing and heating tasks that reflect the key service areas that ADM wanted to communicate.

The Deliverables

  • Hero Brand Film – A high-impact video designed to sit at the forefront of ADM’s new website.

  • 4 Short Films – Each focused on a specific brand pillar: Health & Safety, Aftercare, Professionalism, and Renewables.
  • Extensive Photography Assets – A wide range of still imagery tailored for website use, social media, and wider marketing channels.

Outcome

The final assets helped ADM elevate their brand and digital presence, clearly positioning them as a capable, forward-thinking partner for large-scale residential developers. The combination of visual storytelling, strategic messaging, and cinematic production set ADM apart from competitors and gave their web design team the creative ammunition needed to build a polished, professional site.

The client was extremely pleased with the end result, particularly with how the creative approach not only communicated their key messages but also reflected the scale and quality of their work.

By combining efficiency, creativity, and strategic messaging, we helped ADM build a marketing asset library that will serve their brand well across digital, social, and print for years to come.
